SBI PO Reasoning Ability Questions - 2017 / Previous Papers

SBI PO Reasoning Ability Questions, State Bank of India is going to conducting a exam of PO (Probationary Officer). In that exam there are (Preliminary Exam Phase 1) there is three sections Reasoning Ability, English Language and Quantitative Aptitude. First of all here we are focusing on Reasoning Ability Questions. So, Many Students are afraid of this section. So, for them here we provide six part series of Reasoning Questions. If You understand those six part carefully so reasoning section can be solved very easily.



Part 1

Syllogism : It a verbal reasoning type questions. which is an Important topic and It is frequently asked in so many competitive exams. In these type of Questions it contain more than two line statement and these statements which are followed by number of conclusion. So, You have to find which logic follows from the given statement.

Part 2

Inequalities : It is a common topic for approx all competitive exams. In every exams of Reasoning Section there were 5 to 6 questions of Inequalities. For this section you have to slightly comfortable with elementary mathematics.

Part 3

Coding - Decoding : Is a method of transmitting a conversation or message between the sender and the receiver (with one condition) without a third person knowing it. When data is encode at the receiver side encode data is decoded in the order to obtain original data by determine common key in encoded data.

Part 4
Seating Arrangement
In this part there were three conditions questions will be applied
a. Circular Seating Arrangements
b. Inward - Outward Seating Arrangements
c. Linear Seating Arrangement
Circular Seating Arrangements : In this case, You have to arrange object or people around a circle.

Linear Seating Arrangement : In  Linear Seating Arrangement, You have to arrange all data linearly. It done on "Axis" Basis. In this type of arrangement you have to take directions according to our left and right.

Part 5
Input - Output : In Input - Output these type of questions asked in the form of alphabetical management, arrangement of numbers or machine arrangements. In these type of questions you have to think or imagine some kind of computer or word processing machine duw to this machine performs some operations on given input.

Part 6

Logical Reasoning : 

In this part there were two conditions questions will be applied
a. Statement & Course of Action
b. Cause & Effect

Statement & Courses of Action : It is one of the major area of logical reasoning topic. This is a regular section for Bank Exams. Basically it is the decision - making of the candidates.

Cause & Effect : It is one of the major area of logical reasoning topic. This is a regular section for Bank Exams. It is depends is to ascertain the analytical and logical reasoning ability of the candidates.
